Cancellations and refunds
- How do I cancel?
- Go to My trips, open the booking and choose Cancel. If you are within the free cancellation window, the full amount is refunded.
- When will I get my refund?
- Refunds are processed the same day. Banks take 5–7 working days to show them; UPI refunds usually arrive within 48 hours.
- The hotel cancelled my booking
- We will find you a similar room nearby at the same price or refund you in full, and add ₹500 to your wallet for the trouble.
Guest booking policy
- What ID do I need?
- Every adult needs a government photo ID: Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID. PAN cards are not accepted.
- Are unmarried couples allowed?
- Properties marked “Couple friendly” accept local IDs and unmarried couples. Check the house rules on each listing.
- Can I check in early?
- Early check-in depends on availability. Add it as a special request, or message the property from My trips.
